We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at BRETANOO.

 

Physical products

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To start a return, contact us at antonioberic729@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions, including where to send the item back. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

Digital products

Because digital downloads (templates, planners, and similar files) are delivered instantly and can't be returned once accessed, all digital product sales are final. If a digital file is damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us at antonioberic729@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at antonioberic729@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
